Despite his young age, Oakes has led RMS, a $30M data analytics company that builds profitability for some of the world’s largest restaurant chains, since 2017. He manages nearly 140 employees in offices in Tampa, the UK, Paris, Singapore and Tokyo. Those teams communicate in nearly 40 languages and support 50+ international brands.
Oakes set RMS on a course to become the undisputed leader in restaurant decision sciences, adding new offerings and leading a culture shift within the organization. As a result, RMS has experienced double-digit revenue growth since Oakes became CEO, the first such growth in a decade.
