When patients open the LoveMyDoc app or access the browser portal, the design will include the practice’s logos and color scheme. Cosmetic practices will also see their colors and logos when logging into the webmin.

Practices can also choose to send additional text messages to some or all members based on tier level. Loyalty program members who receive push notifications are likely to take action to claim their rewards or make progress to reach the next tier.
