The OCMX™ is pleased to announce the listing of BlackRose Reserve Inc. to its online portal which offers Investors and Advisors the ability to participate in this opportunity.

CAMBRIDGE, ON, September 09, 2019 /24-7PressRelease/ — BlackRose Reserve Inc. is a private corporation in the business of cultivating and processing cannabis products upon receipt of the appropriate Health Canada micro and nursery licenses.

Dried and cured cannabis flower, cannabis flower pre-rolls, cannabis concentrates and extracts, regular seeds, auto-flowering seeds & feminized seeds, seedlings.

The OCMX™ is pleased to announce the listing of BlackRose Reserve Inc. to its online portal which offers Investors and Advisors the ability to participate in this opportunity.

The OCMX™ has spent considerable time completing its due diligence on BlackRose Reserve Inc. and concluded that there is indeed a tremendous opportunity for Investors and Advisors.

The OCMX™ noted that BlackRose Reserve Inc. exhibits the main components of any solid investment opportunity, namely a solid management team, a great track record, and a number of key competitive advantages.

1. Lack of legal seeds for retail purchase. Cultivation of cannabis on personal property is only legal when the starting material is purchased legally.

Acquire a nursery license for seed production and sale to retail consumers. Educate retail consumers on how to legally cultivate cannabis on personal property.

2. Small number of micro cannabis licenses for craft cannabis production which limits the product variety and quality in the legal market.

Acquire micro cultivation and processing licenses to supply craft cannabis to retail consumers and other Licensed Producers (LPs).

3. Lack of new genetic varietals (strains) available through legal market.

Use cannabis act exemption to bring a variety of new strains into the legal framework. Utilize PhD in breeding and genetics to develop new strains with market appeal.

4. Demand for more traditional product forms of cannabis which we expect will not be met due to the focus on edibles of the larger LPs.

Employ craftsmanship techniques from traditional methods to create and sell other cannabis product forms. More specifically, hashish, live rosin, thai stick, or finger hash.

1. Market Timing

Micro licensee development is beginning in earnest, opportunity to secure a leading position as a craft cannabis producer. Large known demand for locally produced craft cannabis products as evidenced in US States where adult use is legal.

First mover advantage can be achieved through a nursery license because there is currently only one company selling seeds and two products available in the legal seed market.

2. Maximize Micro License Production Capacity

By vertically integrating the micro and nursery license classes BlackRose will be able to realize a 20%-25% output benefit relative to other micro cultivation license holders. The full micro canopy area can be utilized exclusively for flowering which translates into this higher total output. This also creates a positive benefit in the micro processing license since we can use that extra output in high value add product finishing.

3. Favorable Market Forces

Current lack of supply of true craft product in the recreational market creates a unique opportunity to carve out this niche. The majority of available product in the market comes from standard scale licensed producers (LPs) which are not producing real craft cannabis. Just to satisfy consumer demand for craft cannabis a top 10 publicly listed LP has signed a wholesale supply LOI for 40 – 60% of our future micro output with BlackRose Reserve.

In addition, Health Canada’s regulation change has created an opportunity to get ahead of other micro applicants, securing one of the first few batches of granted micro class licenses.
